# Orgo

Cloud computers for AI agents. Each computer is a full Linux or Windows desktop. You can run commands, see the screen, click and type.

Send every API request with `Authorization: Bearer $ORGO_API_KEY`.

## 1. Get an API key

One call, no account or email needed:

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/v1/agents   {"name": "<your name>"}
```

The response has `api_key` (shown once; never print it), your `account.workspace_id`, $5 of starting credit (`starting_credit_usd`) to launch a computer right away, and a `claim.url` with a short `claim.code` for your human.

Your account runs Medium Linux computers by the hour. The starting credit pays for computers; AI (computer use through chat completions, and models on your computer) needs credit you add. One at a time on the starting credit; once you add credit, up to 5 computers and 5 workspaces, and the account no longer expires. An account that never adds credit and is never claimed expires 72 hours after signup: its computers stop and its keys stop working. Until it is claimed: up to 3 API keys, and no invites, public URLs, custom domains or invoicing. A new claim link: `POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/v1/agents/claim` with your key.

With your human present, you can instead sign in to their account. Connect over MCP at https://staging.orgo.ai/mcp (your human approves in the browser, no key to copy), or get an API key with device approval:

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/cli/auth/start   {"client": "<your name>", "hostname": "<host>"}
```

Show your human the `user_code` and `verification_uri`, then poll:

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/cli/auth/poll    {"device_code": "<device_code>"}
```

The response contains your API key. Never print it. More: https://staging.orgo.ai/auth.md

## 2. Pay for computers

Two ways.

**By the hour, from credit.** An account a person signs up for starts with $5 of credit, which runs one Medium Linux computer by the hour. An agent account from step 1 gets the same. Prices: https://staging.orgo.ai/pricing.md

**Add credit yourself (MPP).** Credit can be bought with no checkout page, over the Machine Payments Protocol (https://mpp.dev):

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/v1/credits   {"amount_usd": 10}
```

The first answer is `402` with `WWW-Authenticate: Payment ...` challenges: a card or Link wallet (Stripe Shared Payment Token), or USDC on Tempo where offered. Pay one and send the same request again with the credential in `Payment-Authorization`; keep your `Authorization: Bearer` key. An MPP client does both steps:

```
npx mppx https://staging.orgo.ai/api/v1/credits -H "Authorization: Bearer $ORGO_API_KEY" -J '{"amount_usd": 10}'
```

In code, `Mppx.create({ methods: [...] })` from `mppx/client` patches `fetch` to do the same. $0.50 to $1,000 per request, credited to the account that owns the key (account-wide keys only). The answer has `credited_usd`, `balance_usd` and a `Payment-Receipt` header. If the money is a person's, ask them first.

**A plan**, for always-on computers and more of them: Starter $29/mo, Growth $99/mo, Scale $399/mo.

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/checkout   {"plan": "hacker_v2"}
```

Plans: `hacker_v2` (Starter), `startup_v2` (Growth), `scale_v2` (Scale). The response has a Checkout `url`. Send it to your human to pay.

## 3. Launch a computer

Find your workspace:

```
GET  https://staging.orgo.ai/api/workspaces
```

By the hour, one call. It launches a Medium Linux computer at the listed price, paid from credit:

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers   {"workspace_id": "<id>", "name": "my-computer", "billing_mode": "hourly"}
```

An agent account from step 1 can leave out `billing_mode`. Send an `Idempotency-Key` header (a UUID) and the same request again to retry a launch safely. Sizes and prices: `GET https://staging.orgo.ai/api/billing/compute?workspace_id=<id>`.

On a plan:

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers   {"workspace_id": "<id>", "name": "my-computer", "os": "linux"}
```

With no size this is 4 GB RAM and 1 vCPU. Add `"ram"` (4, 8, 16, 32 or 64) for a bigger computer: it gets that size's vCPU (8 GB: 2, 16 GB: 4, 32 and 64 GB: 4), or pass `"cpu"` (0.5, 1, 2 or 4) to choose it.

To start from a template on a plan, add `"template_ref"`, for example `"system/hermes-agent@1.1.13"`. List templates: `GET https://staging.orgo.ai/api/templates/global`. Browse agents: https://staging.orgo.ai/explore

## 4. Use it

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers/<id>/bash         {"command": "uname -a"}
GET  https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers/<id>/screenshot
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers/<id>/click        {"x": 640, "y": 400}
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers/<id>/type         {"text": "hello"}
```

## 5. Install software

```
POST https://staging.orgo.ai/api/computers/<id>/bash   {"command": "sudo apt-get install -y ffmpeg"}
```
